SHIPPING POLICY
All items will be shipped within 24 hours of ordering and should be received within 5-10 business days or less. An exception to this is U.S postal holidays which in this case your purchase will be shipped the next business day. This is not a dropshipping website. All orders are shipped from the United States, personally packaged and shipped with love for our customers! Should you not receive your order, w/in 10 business day please feel free to contact us directly at kinashalone.customerservice@gmail.com
RETURN POLICY
We hope that our Royals are always satisfied with their purchase, but we do understand the need to exchange or return.
You are entitled to an exchange or refund for regular price merchandise within 10 days of receiving the item.
Please note* All sale items are Final Sale
To return an item the product must be returned unused, unworn, unscratched soles, in the original packaging. Requests for returns (refunds or exchanges) after 10 days of your order being received will not be granted. The original nor returned shipping will not be repaid.
How to return your order?
(1) Please email kinashalone.customerservice@gmail.com to notify us regarding your exchange/refund need.
(2) You must return your items to the address below within 10 days from the day you received your package. Please include all original packaging along with the invoice. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment.

Refunds will be processed within 2-4 business days after we receive your return.
We recommend sending return merchandise with tracking as we are not responsible if your return is not received at our PO Box location. If your package goes missing you will be required to provide proof of delivery at our address and scanned image of the signature obtained upon delivery. If this documentation cannot be provided we are not liable or accountable for any losses.
